Fencing Information, Competitions, etc.

The United States Fencing Association (USFA) - The national governing body for the sport.  Check here for schedules of national events, lists of clubs, information about athletes, etc.  This is also the place to find copies of the Official Rules, the Athletes' Handbook, and other documents that are available for download.

North Atlantic Section of the USFA - Most sections of the USFA include several states, and New York is included in this section.  Look here for information on Sectional Championships and other competitions, etc.

Western New York Division Forum - A great place to find and exchange information about local clubs, competitions, tips about maintaining your gear, the rules of the sport, and just about anything else that has to do with fencing.

Fencing Officials Commission (FOC) - This organization provides information about the rules of the fencing, how to become a referee, and where to find certified referees in your region.

Fencing.net - All manner of information about the sport, equipment, product reviews, news, and a large discussion forum that attracts fencers from around the world.

askFRED - FRED stands for "Fencing Results and Events Database."  Look here for information about competitions around the country.  Often, you can register for events online.
