Present:
Chuck Farnsworth - Chairperson
Marty Timm - Vice Chairperson
Sue Clinton - Treasurer

Absent:
Elliott Clinton - Secretary
Richard Hoopes, Jr. - Member at Large

Proceedings:
- Meeting called to order at 4:30pm
- (no previous minutes or reports were available for review or approval)

"Division Communication":
- Division website was discussed. Preparation of new website will continue under direction of Marty Timm. "Hall of Fame" discussed and will proceed for website, among other features.
- Division online message board was discussed. Reception seems positive. There are no concerns currently. Message board will be linked to website when it goes online.
- Quarterly Newsletter was discussed. It was decided that this is not an immediate priority, but would be re-visited later, possibly this season.

"Division Tournaments and Schedule":
- Scheduling was discussed, including tournaments and qualifiers.
- Tentatively scheduled: JO Qualifiers for Sat., Dec. 15, 2007 at RFC
- Tentatively scheduled: Summer Nationals Qualifiers for Sat., May 17, 2008 at RFC
- Tentatively scheduled: "WNY Divisional Championship" for Sat., June 14, 2008
- Tentatively scheduled: Year end Divisional Meeting for Sat., June 14, 2008
- Not yet scheduled: Empire State Games Qualifiers.
- Possibility of other Divisional tournaments discussed, possibly a Divisional Series or Circuit. Host clubs/locations needed. Clubs in Division will be solicited.

"Division Bylaws":
- Draft of bylaws (incomplete) presented by Chuck Farnsworth.
- Approved: Executive Committee will include "Club Representatives."
- Approved: any club recognized/registered with USFA will be recognized by Division.
- Approved: every club will have Club Representative regardless of affiliation of officers.
- Approved: two mandatory meetings of Executive Committee per year, with additional meeting as needed ("floater")
- Marty Timm agreed to draft Article IX (Elections) of bylaws
- Sue Clinton agreed to draft Article X (Tournament Sanctioning) of bylaws.
- Approved: whenever possible, member of visiting club will be asked to serve on Bout Committee at sanctioned tournament of different host club
- Approved: equipment/weapons control should be performed at sanctioned tournaments
- Chuck Farnsworth agreed to draft remainder of bylaws
